A speaker capable of delivering either vintage or modern tone with ease, this IR library is a great choice for those seeking classic British midrange or modern bite.

The 19 mics were used to record in four different horizontal positions, two distances, and two angles for a total of 16 IRs each. Designed exclusively for the SuperCabinet IR processor, a program which makes it easy to blend and create custom cabinet tones and export IRs in WAV format for use in external IR loaders and modelers, the Jensen Tornado 65 Large Cabs IR Library is an ideal choice for those seeking powerful, classic rock guitar tone in an affordable package.

Made for The SuperCabinet

The Jensen Tornado Stealth 65 library is designed exclusively for use with the TH-U SuperCabinet program, which can either be used as a standalone IR library or with the TH-U plug-in program. SuperCabinet allows you to:

  • Graphically browse the IRs in the library
  • Blend them together
  • Craft new cabinet tones with the unique multiband mode
  • Use the IR in the software
  • Export the IRs in WAV file format, compatible with software IR loaders and all the major hardware modelers

Classic British Rock Tone

Few speakers speak classic rock like the neodymium powered Tornado Stealth 65. Sharing a similar 1.75 voice coil design with the Nighthawk, it delivers vintage and modern rock tones with ease and authority. With a well-controlled top end, a typical British-voiced midrange, and a fat, warm bass range, the Tornado Stealth 65 is an ideal choice for classic-flavored rock tones.

Very easy to drive for any amplifier, it allows even the smaller sized open-back combo amps to rock with bigger-than-life tones. The Large Cabs library features open- and closed-back 2×12 cabinets, and the classic closed-back 4×12. All cabs are captured with 19 mics, each in 16 different positions.
